Steve Masica, CCIM, SIOR
Steve Masica is a Principal and Owner of Sperry Commercial Global Affiliates – The Masica Company, a full-service commercial real estate brokerage serving Northeast Ohio and beyond through Sperry’s global platform. Steve specializes in advising owners, occupiers, and investors on industrial and office transactions, including leasing, sales, development advisory, and value-add strategies.
Steve brings more than 30 years of experience across construction, development, and commercial real estate. Prior to founding The Masica Company, he owned and operated Masica Builders, a custom homebuilding firm he ran for 27 years. That construction and project-management background provides a practical, owner-oriented perspective that is especially valuable in complex transactions involving capital improvements, repositioning, and adaptive reuse.
Licensed in Ohio since 2006, Steve has been involved in a wide range of commercial projects throughout Northeast Ohio and has served as an owner or partner in multiple real estate investment and development entities focused on development, historic restoration, and construction-driven projects.
Steve holds the CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member) and SIOR (Society of Industrial and Office Realtors) designations and is actively engaged in industry leadership. He previously served as President of the Ohio Chapter of CCIM and remains involved in professional mentorship and market education.
Steve spent most of his life in Medina County and recently relocated to Westlake, Ohio, to be closer to his children and grandchildren. He works alongside his wife and business partner, Michelle Masica, and remains deeply connected to the Northeast Ohio commercial real estate community.
