About
I grew up in Milwaukee, WI, and went to undergrad ('84) and law school ('87) at the University of Wisconsin. I developed my practice nationally, operating out of Chicago for 25 years. My focus is the valuation and brokerage of purpose-built food, ingredient, and nutrition plants worldwide. Underpinning my expertise is fluency in the use and value impacts of compressed margins and evolving regulations. My resume denotes nearly 300 transactions, exceeding $800M in volume. We have executed across North America, South America, Europe, and Australia, including serving as expert witness in property tax appeals and business disputes.
