Thacher Goodwin is based in Colliers’ South Bay office and specializes in office, flex/industrial, and medical office properties throughout the Lower Westside and South Bay of Los Angeles, with an emphasis on Corporate Clients.

Community Involvement:
Thacher has been involved in coaching sports at various local schools and youth programs throughout his community since 2000. In addition, he is a member of the Los Angeles Commercial Real Estate Association (LACRA) as well as a member of the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR).

Educational Background:
Thacher brings a wealth of knowledge to Colliers with a background in athletics and theater. A native of Philadelphia, PA and a member of the Screen Actors Guild, he was a first team all-league performer and a four-year starter on his collegiate football team. Mr. Goodwin graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree from Dickinson College in Carlisle, PA where he majored in Spanish. Prior to joining Colliers, Mr. Goodwin taught Spanish, U.S. History and athletics at various schools throughout New York City, Buenos Aires and Los Angeles.

Thacher Goodwin is a Vice President at Colliers and has positioned himself as a reputable market expert in the commercial real estate business since 2006. Mr. Goodwin specializes in representing both tenants and landlords in leasing through relocation, renewals and expansion for office, medical, and flex/R&D properties. As a highly regarded professional, he brings an extensive research and business development background, with an in-depth experience in sales and advisory services.

Clients turn to Thacher for his keen ability to deliver exceptional market intel. He works with his team to provide extensive trends analysis and CRE negotiations for clients throughout both West Los Angeles and the South Bay, in addition to multi market accounts servicing clients both nationally and around the Globe.

In his tenure with Colliers, Thacher has worked on numerous investment transactions including multiple medical and office projects totaling more than 3,000,000 square feet. He has strategically partnered with Mattel, Inc. for over 15 years, managing transactions both nationally and internationally in multiple countries. This solution-oriented expert also serves as an Agency Leasing Agent for 17 buildings throughout West Los Angeles and the South Bay, in excess of 1,500,000 square feet. As a Tenant Representation specialist, he has represented Fortune 100 companies in various global markets.
