About
I'm a Managing Director at Savills in Minneapolis, where I focus on tenant representation for corporate occupiers and run the lease administration service line for our office. Over the past five and a half years, I've built my practice around helping companies navigate complex real estate decisions, from lease negotiations and portfolio strategy to site selection, disposition analysis, and tax appeal work.
My clients are primarily corporate users with multi-market portfolios, and I take a consultative approach to every engagement — focused on long-term value, not just the transaction in front of us. Running lease administration alongside my brokerage practice gives me a level of operational depth that makes me a stronger advisor.
I hold a degree in Real Estate from the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University and have been active in SIOR since early in my career. I'm based in New York and work with clients across the country.
