About

Greg Loffree brings over 30 years of industry, consulting, and real estate experience to Cushman & Wakefield clients. He was a founding member of the firm’s Occupier Services group in Canada and is now a senior industrial broker focused on occupier representation. As an advisor on repeated transactions, he has earned the trust of prominent corporate clients, in markets across Canada as well as international assignments.

Aided by his background in civil engineering, Greg has made industrial development an important sector of his practice, helping occupier clients to navigate the development process to acquire new facilities where needed. He has been involved in the successful negotiation of contracts for over 40 projects yielding over 6.5 million square feet of new building space on over 300 acres of land.

Greg has served on Cushman & Wakefield’s Industrial Services Executive Committee, providing guidance to the leadership of the firm’s Industrial practice in the Americas. He is a member of C&W's Global Supply Chain Solutions group, which focuses on providing real estate solutions to clients in the warehousing and logistics sector, and recently joined the firm's Automotive & Mobility Practice Group, launched to address that industry's shift to electric, connected and autonomous mobility solutions.

Before joining Cushman & Wakefield in 1997, he held management positions in the product supply organization of a major, multi-national consumer products company, and went on to develop a consulting practice that provided service to industry and government on a variety of economics, transportation and logistics management assignments.
