About
Eunice Kwon is a Senior Vice President at Lee & Associates and a cross-border industrial real estate advisor focused on North American expansion for Korean corporations. As part of the firm’s Corporate Services Group, she represents manufacturers, logistics operators, and global corporations, including Fortune 500 companies, in complex facility and site selection decisions across major U.S. industrial markets.
Her work centers on port-centric distribution and supply chain infrastructure, including lease negotiations, acquisitions, dispositions, land transactions, and Class A build-to-suit developments. Eunice advises executive teams on site strategy, deal structure, entitlements, long-term expansion planning, and state incentive programs, translating market data into clear business decisions.
Fluent in English and Korean, she bridges the gap between Korean headquarters and U.S. operating teams by aligning expectations, timelines, and advising on risk management.
She is Vice President of the Korean American Chamber of Commerce of Orange County, a member of SIOR and AIR CRE, and a 2025 Lee Summit Top Producer and Rising Star.
