About
Cory DeLong began his commercial real estate career in 2010 achieving the coveted “Rookie of the year” award from the Kansas City Regional Association of Realtors in his first 18 months. In 2012 Cory joined AREA Real Estate Advisors as Vice President launching the industrial division focused on growth and development, After a successful run of 11 years with AREA and pending his move to the Phoenix market, Cory joined the family firm of CK Real Estate Services as the Director of Leasing assuming the role of “Master Broker”. In 2024 Cory completed his relocation to Scottsdale and is currently active at Cresa as the Senior Vice President.
Cory directs the sale and leasing of industrial assets including local and national tenant representation and real estate investment with a focus on the Kansas City and greater Phoenix Metropolitan areas. Cory represents multiple successful corporations as their exclusive broker on a national level.
Cory was born and raised in Overland Park, Kansas and moved to Arizona in 2024 for a big lifestyle change; Cory enjoys most outdoor activities and loves the heat! When Cory isn’t playing golf in his free time, he’s riding his Harley or driving his UTV off road. Cory resides in Scottsdale with his girlfriend, her daughter and his two dogs.
