Bill has been an integral part of CBIZ Gibraltar since the company’s inception in 1998. His focus is in exclusively representing companies with their facility needs in the Chicago Metropolitan Area, as well as with servicing national accounts. Bill’s experience involves all aspects of real estate advisory services including strategic planning, lease restructuring, lease negotiation, site selection, acquisitions, benchmarking, facility disposition, etc.. Bill has represented clients in structuring complex real estate transactions for major public corporations, not-for-profit organizations, service firms, privately-held companies, R&D companies and government entities in most major markets throughout the United States.
His clients include CBIZ, Inc., Chicago Title & Trust, Fidelity National Financial, Delta Dental, Thrivent Financial, Elevance Renewable Sciences, DuPage County, YWCA, Access Community Health…. just to name a few.
