RC Myles is recognized as one of the Top Industrial Investment Brokers in Colorado. He has been in the industrial brokerage business since 1990 and has sold some of the largest industrial properties in the Colorado including the Sears Distribution Center in Brighton Colorado totaling over 1.3 million square feet, the Colorado trade Center totaling approximately 700,000 sf and the Nobel Sysco facility totaling over 400,000 square feet. RC spent nearly 29 years in the industrial capital markets brokerage business at Cushman & Wakefield in 2019 to pursue his career on his own. In 2024 RC became President of Denver's largest locally owned commercial brokerage firm, Pinnacle Real Estate Advisors.
