About
Frank specializes in landlord and tenant representation, lease negotiations, and the disposition of commercial properties. With a strong background in transaction management, he takes pride in helping clients make real estate decisions with confidence and clarity. Since joining the firm, he has completed nearly $200 million in real estate transactions.
Before joining Colliers, he helped manage AstraZeneca’s 9-million-square-foot real estate portfolio across North and South America consisting of office, industrial, and lab space. He helped ensure the portfolio was optimized to support the company’s operational and strategic goals.
Frank’s real estate journey began after graduating from the Virginia Military Institute, where he developed the discipline and problem-solving skills that continue to shape his approach today. He started his career in Washington, D.C., as part of a team managing transactions for the United States Postal Service. As a Transaction Manager, he successfully completed 122 leases nationwide, gaining invaluable experience negotiating and advocating for his client.
In his free time, Frank looks for any excuse to spend time outside with his wife, son, and poorly trained dog, Tuna.
