Justin Gustofson is a commercial real estate professional with seven years of industry experience, specializing in retail, office, and industrial transactions throughout North Dakota and Minnesota. He has successfully completed more than 300 transactions, representing a diverse client base ranging from local entrepreneurs to Fortune 500 companies.

Justin holds both the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR) and Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designations, reflecting his expertise in investment strategy, market analysis, and complex deal structuring. He is also an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), helping him stay aligned with evolving retail industry trends.

Before launching his real estate career, Justin spent several years working in the construction industry alongside his family—experience that gives him a practical edge when evaluating properties and development opportunities.

A lifelong resident of West Fargo, North Dakota, Justin continues to call the city home, where he lives with his wife, son, and two dogs. In his free time, he enjoys unwinding at the family lake cabin and spending time on the water.

Justin is committed to supporting his community and currently serves on the board of the Red River Valley Fair Association, the board for COMEX (a local commercial brokerage network), and is active as a Chamber Ambassador and member of the West Fargo Exchange Club.
