Thomas E. Hankins is a recognized leader in commercial real estate, with over 25 years experience in commercial brokerage, expert witness, consulting, development and asset management. Mr. Hankins formed the Hankins Group LLC in 2004, and subsequently joined NAI Realvest in 2009, formerly Mr. Hankins was affiliated with Realty Capital, as the Hankins Group and previously served as General Manager for one of Central Florida’s largest private land holdings. Prior to real estate Hankins excelled in a 13 year career with Burroughs Corporation.

Distinguished career with UNISYS (formerly Burroughs Corporation), evolving as a turn-around specialist for underperforming operations, relocating 7 times in 13 years while achieving Burroughs’ prestigious “Legion of Honor” seven of eight eligible years.
