A Columbus native, Blake graduated from St. Charles Preparatory before continuing his education at Arizona State University where he obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Supply Chain Management with a minor in Sustainability. Having held various roles in logistics, Blake has a unique understanding of the industry and has built an impressive network within it.
As a co-founder of the award-winning Industrial Property Team at NAI Ohio Equities, and as a member of one of NAI Global’s top-performing teams, Blake and the Industrial Property Team provide guidance pertaining to market conditions, site selection, deal negotiation and much more.
With a focus on logistics, the Industrial Property team has helped their clients expand and manage their national presence through demographic, labor and financial analysis of strategic locations. They are also experienced in the management and coordination of build-to-suit projects.
