About
Price Gutshall is a Vice President with Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer, where he focuses on investment and property sales as well as leasing advisory across office, industrial, and mixed-use assets. Based in Roanoke, he advises property owners, investors, and occupiers throughout the Roanoke Valley, the New River Valley, and Southern and Southwest Virginia.
Before joining Thalhimer, Price completed graduate studies in economic development and real estate at Cornell University, earning a Master of Regional Planning (M.R.P.). He also holds a B.A. in Philosophy from Hampden-Sydney College and studied literature and history at St. Anne’s College, Oxford University.
Price is actively engaged in civic and regional development efforts. He serves on the Board of the City Market Building (including prior service as Chair, Vice Chair, and Secretary), is a member of the Roanoke-Blacksburg Technology Council, and serves as a Panel Judge for the CoStar Impact Awards in the Roanoke Market. His previous community involvement includes board leadership roles with Family Service of the Roanoke Valley and the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation (Charlottesville), as well as founding and chairing the Experience – Roanoke initiative and leading Roanoke’s Finest and Brewer’s Ball.
Price and his wife live in Roanoke with their three children. He enjoys golf, camping, fly-fishing, and UVA athletics.
