About
Manuel "Manny" Verdugo has been practicing industrial real estate since 2008 and has worked with various international and national firms. Manny started his career with Avison Young for 6 years before transitioning to Colliers International, and finally at CDNGLOBAL as of 2016. He specializes in warehouse leasing, distribution/logistics, manufacturing, fabrication and land acquisition. Manny's role at CDN Global is to deliver top class real estate advisory services: tenant representation, landlord representation, acquisitions/dispositions, investment and valuation. Manny transacts roughly 50 to 60 transactions per year and is considered a well respected broker in the industry.
Outside of work, Manny is very involved with his children's soccer activities, and loves skiing in the winter months.
