About
Jim Graham is an executive managing director in the office division of the Dallas-Fort Worth office of Newmark Knight Frank. His focus is on national corporate office users, where he provides acquisition, disposition, market analysis, financial analysis and strategic planning services for clients across the United States.
He has extensive experience in almost every aspect of real estate including office, industrial and retail. His knowledge and expertise of current real estate and market trends have helped him execute hundreds of successful transactions and develop well-established relationships with several major clients.
Prior to joining Newmark Knight Frank, Graham was an executive vice president at Colliers International and a principal at Transwestern, where he represented corporate clients in their search for real estate across the country.
During Jim's 31-year career, he has also served as an executive vice president at Fischer & Co., and began his commercial real estate career at The Staubach Company.
Before commercial real estate, Jim worked as a certified public accountant for Ernst & Ernst.
