I represent landlords, tenants, and investors in industrial and office property across southeastern Connecticut and Rhode Island, covering New London and Middlesex Counties and the shoreline corridor east into RI. My practice spans leasing, sales and acquisitions, landlord representation, tenant site selection, and investment advisory, with a focus on owner-users and growing regional businesses.
Before brokerage I spent more than three decades with a single company, rising from a technical role to president and a seat on the executive board. I have sat on the other side of the table: signing the lease and answering for it afterward, planning space around headcount and equipment, and defending a real estate decision to a board. That operator's perspective shapes how I advise clients. They get a broker who understands what a building has to do, not just what it rents for. Licensed in Connecticut and Rhode Island.
Outside of brokerage I write and speak on leadership through Lead on Intuition®, and I spend my free time hiking, running, and traveling.
