He brings deep market expertise in Western Canada while executing mandates nationally. He currently oversees several active real estate portfolios for mid-cap and large-cap clients, sourcing and securing space from coast to coast. Prior to entering commercial real estate, David held roles in business development, procurement, and project execution with leading EPC firms and Fortune 200 companies — a background that enhances his strategic and operational understanding of occupier needs.
