About

I am a commercial real estate advisor specializing in owner-user and tenant representation across the Greater Houston market. I work with office and industrial users to navigate complex lease negotiations, develop real estate strategies, and secure spaces that align with their long-term operational goals. I enjoy working directly with business owners and decision-makers to translate business needs into practical real estate solutions. Through market analysis, financial evaluation, and strategic negotiation, I help clients reduce occupancy costs, maintain flexibility, and avoid costly mistakes throughout the leasing, purchasing, and disposition process. Before entering commercial real estate, I served in the United States Army. That experience instilled a strong sense of discipline, accountability, and resilience that still shapes how I approach my work and my relationships with clients. Outside of the office, I spend much of my time pursuing two passions: music and martial arts. I am the vocalist for Vox Nostra, a Houston based death metal band, and I train in Judo, a sport that emphasizes balance, leverage, and constant improvement. I believe the same principles that drive those pursuits, discipline, creativity, and commitment, are the ones that lead to strong results in business as well.
