Brian M Smith, with an MBA from Duke University Fuqua School of Business and a BA from Auburn University, is the owner and Broker-in-Charge of Regent Commercial Real Estate, based in Charlotte, NC. He has had great success throughout his career as he holds both CCIM and SIOR credentials.
Brian has gained an extensive amount of experience in all aspects of commercial real estate, such as leasing, property management, project management and asset management over the past eight years while working on Industrial Flex projects.
