Over the last decade, Imhoff Commercial has directly sold over $400 million dollars worth of commercial real estate, all in Arkansas and surrounding states. Matt Imhoff is the Founder and Principal Broker of Imhoff Commercial. Matt is one of the few brokers in Northwest Arkansas to hold the prestigious designations of SIOR and CCIM.
Imhoff Commercial’s services include advising and representing corporations and individuals in commercial real estate brokerage and investment, including sales, development, leasing, and asset management. Imhoff Commercial has sold every niche of commercial real estate, including office, retail, medical, industrial, self-storage, multifamily, land, mixed use, NNN leased properties, and more.
Prior to opening Imhoff Commercial, Matt was Vice President with Cushman & Wakefield. Prior to commercial real estate, Matt was an executive in the technology industry and started, grew, and sold a financial software company. Matt earned a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of Arkansas and a Master of Science in Technological Entrepreneurship from Northeastern University in Boston, Massachusetts, where he was a fellowship recipient.
