About
Matt Wetzel began his career at Bradley Company in 2013 as a brokerage support intern. Over the years, he has advanced through various roles and now holds the position of Senior Vice President. He specializes in complex transactions with a focus on the industrial and land markets in Northern Indiana and West Michigan. Before joining Bradley Company, Matt earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance, with a minor in Economics, from Western Michigan University. An active member of the Indiana Commercial Board of Realtors and the Commercial Real Estate Alliance, Matt also serves as a board member of the Business Development Corporation (BDC), which primarily administers and originates 504 loans through the Small Business Administration. He currently participates in the Economic Development and Loan Audit committees and previously served on the Loan Approval Committee from 2023 to 2025. In addition, Matt was a board member for C.A.R.E. Elkhart, focusing on mentorship and literacy in Elkhart Community Schools.
