Malcolm Randolph has been a broker with Colliers International and its predecessor firm in Richmond since 2003 focusing on leasing and sales of office, flex and medical office properties. Malcolm is a native of Richmond with a well founded knowledge of the market and strong relationships with many local firms, business leaders and property owners. A consistent top producer in the Richmond office, Malcolm has completed over 600 transactions consisting of over $450 million over the last over the last 10 years involving state and federal government agencies, institutional real estate owners, national corporations, regional companies and locally owned businesses. In addition, Malcolm is recognized as an expert in the medical office market and currently lists over 650,000 SF of Class A Medical Office space in the Richmond market.
