James (Jamie) Hill, Jr., SIOR, CCIM, is a lifelong Tulsan with thirty years of industrial real estate experience involving hundreds of transactions helping clients make informed decisions. His specialization involves marketing land and industrial buildings for sale or lease. He represents tenants, buyers, landlords or sellers. Jamie has a diverse group of local, regional and national clients, many for which he has handled multiple transactions and still works with them today.
Jamie also has a working relationship with active developers in the market. In exchange for a long-term lease, a new facility can be constructed to a company's exact specifications via a build-to-suit.
