About
I started my career in 1997 with Grubb & Ellis Company, specializing in the Industrial sector of the Denver metro area. Consistently a top producer in the division, I was awarded the "Deal of the Year" by NAIOP in 2008, for a 125,000 SF sale leaseback involving Applied Films and First Industrial. In 2007, I left G&E for Bitzer Real Estate Partners, the local CORFAC affiliate. In 2012 I was involved in the largest user sale in the market selling a 385,000 SF cold storage distribution center for Albertsons. In 2015 my partners and I opened the Denver Lee & Associates office. I represent owners, tenants and buyers of industrial properties throughout the metro area, and also have a select few clients who utilize my services on a national level.
