Tim served 12 two-year Director terms from 1994 through 2021, served as Vice President in 1996 and 2004, and as President in 1988, 2006, and 2007. Tim was the WCAR's REALTORⓇ of the Year in 2000, 2019 & 2021. Tim has served on every board committee, is the current legislative committee chairperson, and serves on the Professional Standards Committee.
Tim is a Past President of the Lima Area Chamber of Commerce and the Lima Symphony Orchestra. He has served or continues to serve on the board of directors for several foundations, including the Lima Library, Lima Symphony, Lima Central Catholic High School, and the West Central Ohio Chamber of Commerce. Tim has served on the Allen County Board of Elections. Tim served on the Real Estate Committee for the Diocese of Toledo. Tim was honored to be recognized in 2022 as Ohio’s #1 Realtor for the most transactions for that award year.
Tim also is on the Ohio Realtors Enlarged Legislative and Professional Development committees. Tim is a member of the Ohio Realtors Forms Committee and was instrumental in its recent drafting of a state-wide purchase contract.

In 2020, Tim served as a community advisor in the formation of a $25 million, City of Lima-focused, Opportunity Zone Investment Fund through Arctaris Investments. Tim arranged a memorandum of understanding between the City of Lima and the West Central Ohio Chamber of Commerce Foundation to oversee the administration of the funds.
In 2020 the City of Lima formed a Housing Task Force. Tim served on its Policy and Implementation Subcommittee. The Policy & Implementation Subcommittee is tasked with assessing various housing policies for both short and long-term implementation. This subcommittee analyzes best practices nationally and locally, focusing on preserving housing affordability, building mixed-income communities, and measures for anti-displacement. This committee is also conducting a long-term analysis of the legal, financial, and organizational capacities to support new policies and programs to achieve these goals.
Tim testified for the Ohio Senate Select Committee on Housing in December 2023.
For more than a quarter-century, Tim has pursued improving real estate for all REALTORSⓇ. His goals are to assure the fairness of the real estate Marketplace for those REALTORSⓇ and ensure that REALTORSⓇ remain at the center of real estate transactions.
