Focusing mainly on the office and industrial asset classes, Rich has been a force in the central Alabama commercial real estate space, honing his skills and expertise with a well-known and respected firm for more than 20 years. Rich has held an industrial specialist designation from the Society of Office, and Industrial Realtors (SIOR) since 2005. This level of expertise brings unmatched value to his clients.
