About
I have been serving the industrial community of greater Boston since the late 1980s. Through the many cycles we have had we have been servicing the industrial needs of the market and capitalizing on market conditions in a very opportunistic fashion. Expertise includes:
Warehousing
Manufacturing
Development of industrial, multifamily, R&D and lab space.
In it's day I was one of the major players in the data center space.
