Boasting over a decade and a half of rich experience with Korea's real estate development conglomerates, Dr. Kim's acumen transcends the boundaries of real estate services. His prowess has seen the metamorphosis of the commercial real estate landscape in South Korea since the genesis of Global PMC in 2004. Under his leadership, the firm has flourished, offering an encompassing suite of services to national and international clientele – spanning acquisition, management, and disposition.

Dr. Kim is not just a business magnate; he's an innovator. He identified a niche in the Korean property management arena for smaller commercial assets and addressed it with unmatched expertise. In 2010, he trailblazed the educational front by introducing the KPM (Korea Property Manager) program, a first-of-its-kind property management education initiative.
