Mike Viehmann, SIOR is a Managing Director specializing in Industrial Services in the Greater Denver Area and along Colorado’s Front Range. He brings a hardworking attitude and no-stone-left-unturned approach to work every day, and enjoys uncovering and securing both on-market and off-market opportunities for his clients.
Prioritizing relationships and a client-first approach, Mike has become a proven and trusted resource in Colorado to both his clients and co-brokers from across the country. He anticipates the unexpected, focuses on solutions, and calmly steers assignments to completion — with exceptional communication to all stakeholders. His clients, as well as his brokerage peers, hold Mike’s integrity and working style in high regard. He strives to earn the trust and friendship of each of his clients, his favorite part of the business.
Mike advises his clients on both a local and national level, specializing in the leasing, acquisition and disposition of industrial properties along Colorado’s Front Range. Areas of specialty include tenant representation, heavy industrial/IOS, land build-to-suits, redevelopment sites, business park development, owner/user sales, and investment sales.
Mike has extensive experience in the commercial real estate arena. He joined Newmark’s industrial team in 2019, coming from Cushman & Wakefield’s Denver office where he earned the firm’s Rookie of the Year Award. While studying at Purdue University, he enjoyed two consecutive summers interning for REI Real Estate Services in Indianapolis IN.
