Ashley Polischuik is a Real Estate Broker with Sutton Group Incentive Realty Inc., and a member of the Squarefoot Commercial Group, specializing in commercial properties, including investment and income properties and office sales and leasing.

Years of experience in a assistant / supporting role on a strong ICI team has provided her with strong commercial real estate operations, marketing, negotiating and contracting skills.

To date, she lists among her employers the DTZ Barnike (a commercial realty firm), Investors Group, and her current employers Sutton Group Incentive Realty Inc and Squarefoot Commercial Group. She sat as President for over three years’ on the Board of Directors of the Simcoe County Condo Corp 109 and is now Secretary and Director for Humanity Huronia Inc. and Chair of the Barrie Housing Board of Directors. She previously sat as a Director at Large on the Barrie & District Association of Realtors Board and many other subcommittees as Commercial Rep. Further, she is a member of the OREA Commercial Task Force and Young Professional Network. From 2018 to 2022, she was a Member of the City of Barrie Committee of Adjustment and in 2021 was a member of the City of Barrie Affordable Housing Task Force,

Ashley holds a degree in Real Estate Management from the University of Guelph and completed her CCIM designation in August 2020. In 2023, Ashley became a Associate Member of the SIOR.

When Ashley is not transacting in real estate, studying or participating in one of her many volunteer activities, she enjoys spending time cooking, reading, running and, as a competitive powerlifter, strength training with her Coach.
