About
Grady (Buddy) Jordan Jr.
Buddy Jordan is a real estate investor and developer with more than 45 years of experience, including leadership roles at Grady Jordan & Co, Paragon Group, Nova Property and Ashwood Companies, Inc. where he currently serves as the company’s CEO since 1989. He is a non-practicing CPA, formerly with PWC.
He presently is the developer, CEO and board chair of Encore Park Dallas and is a development consultant for Flora Lofts. He has been involved in three million square feet of office, industrial, mixed-use and nonprofit projects.
Jordan is an elder of First Presbyterian Church and serves as a director of the North Texas Education Finance Corp. and InterFaith Family Services Hope Center. He has also served on the corporate boards of Executive Coffee Service, El Chico Corp, Main Street National Bank, and the not-for-profit Texas Olive Oil Council.
Jordan was born and raised in Dallas. He graduated from Highland Park High School in 1963 and SMU 1967 with honors. He is married to Janet Jones and has three children and eight grandchildren. He is an avid tennis player and enjoys reading in his spare time.
