About

I am a commercial real estate adviser and vice president in JLL's Hampton Roads office. My goals are to align my client’s real estate solutions with their business and financial objectives, and to employ and leverage best practices to ensure an efficient and professional business experience. My specialties are providing superior client service in the areas of Tenant Representation and Agency Leasing for office, industrial and flex property. I have the ability and knowledge to represent both occupiers and owners in lease negotiations for renewals, expansions, relocations, acquisitions and dispositions throughout the Hampton Roads region. Taking a proactive approach when working with clients helps to add value to their commercial real estate transactions while mitigating risk.

Utilizing my diverse background, I am able to effectively help others build their network and achieve success. With my experience at First Potomac I learned first-hand what is important in lease negotiations with institutional landlords and how a solid relationship with the brokerage community assists in making deals. I have also had 13 years of experience in the Opera industry, with positions at Virginia Opera, LA Opera, San Diego Opera, and Glimmerglass Opera. In my off hours I enjoy, baking, trying new restaurants with my husband and friends, traveling, yoga and gardening.
