Scope of Responsibilities Andy Perez, SIOR, CRS, GRI, is a highly experienced real estate professional with over 41 years of expertise in both commercial and residential real estate, as well as U.S. and international commercial financing. Mr. Perez is known for his strong ethical foundation, which he believes is a key factor in the ongoing success of DR Commercial Realty. He is committed to delivering value and service from the initial meeting through the successful completion of each transaction, fostering long-term relationships that are central to his professional mission. Throughout his career, Mr. Perez has built a strong track record in sales, investment, property management, financing, special asset solutions (including foreclosures), due diligence, landlord and tenant representation, mortgage brokerage, off-market asset acquisitions, land sales, corporate real estate services, free trade zones, and site selection and setup for call centers. He also has specialized expertise in the leasing of warehouses — both within and outside of free trade zones — including built-to-suit negotiations, and leasing of Class A office and retail spaces. Currently based in the Dominican Republic, Mr. Perez brings extensive knowledge of the local market, with a focus on industrial parks, free trade zone developments, call center facilities, and Class A office buildings. In addition, he is a licensed Broker in Miami and South Florida, where he has practiced commercial real estate for the past four decades Background & Experience I have been in the real estate business as full time Broker since 1984.
