Oversee and direct a team of professionals providing a broad array of services to support litigation related activities including real estate valuations; general, limited, majority and minority stakeholders interest valuations; expert witness testimony in the commercial real estate sector; receivership and other related services; and forensic real estate analysis. Coordinate the seamless integration of a traditional commercial real estate brokerage services platform to efficiently and effectively provide comprehensive support throughout the dispute resolution process.
PROPERTY MANAGEMENT, ASSET MANAGEMENT AND OWNER’S REPRESENTATION SERVICES:
Oversee and direct a team of professionals who operate on a fully and partially discretionary basis, a portfolio with an aggregate asset value of in excess of $250,000,000 of actively and passively owned commercial properties throughout South Florida controlled by domestic and offshore high net worth clients. Serve as primary client contact, oversee day-to-day operations, manage all capital related activities and direct strategic initiatives including identifying, recommending and implementing revenue enhancing and cost savings concepts to maximize investment return; determining optimal leasing strategies; identifying, recommending and implementing practical and financial feasibility of potential capital expenditures of potential capital expenditures.
