Brandon K. Smart is the President of SmartEquity, where he leverages his extensive expertise and robust network to drive significant business growth. Throughout his career, he developed and managed transactions valued at $50 million and once oversaw a portfolio exceeding 8,000 national and international locations. Prior to his current role, Mr. Smart served as Vice President at Real Estate Solutions, leading their commercial real estate operations.
A recognized leader in the business community, Mr. Smart was honored as one of the St. Louis Business Journal 40 individuals under the age of 40 who influence the region’s business community. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business from Lake Forest College in Chicago and is a Certified Commercial Investment Member of the CCIM Institute. Additionally, he actively contributes to the industry as a board member of the St. Louis REALTORS® Commercial Division and CCIM St. Louis.
