Peyton Bryant brings over a dozen years of lending and commercial brokerage experience to the business development role for Trinity Partners’ Columbia, SC office. As Partner and Director of Business Development, Peyton is responsible for attracting new business to the firm’s brokerage and property management divisions.
Prior to joining Trinity Partners, Peyton served an Executive Committee member and top producer at a regional commercial real estate brokerage firm. Throughout his brokerage career, Peyton has closed over $155 million in transaction volume, specializing in the sale and leasing of office/medical office and investment property sales of all types.
Peyton has been regularly recognized for his professional accomplishments and contributions to the community, including: Columbia Metropolitan Magazine’s Capital Young Professional Awards (2017), Heathwood Hall Episcopal School’s Anne T. Weston Distinguished Alumni Award (2018), The State Newspaper’s “20 under 40” (2019), and Columbia Business Monthly’s “Best and Brightest 35 and Under” (2020). He graduated from the Columbia Chamber’s “Leadership Columbia” program in 2014.
Peyton is actively involved in the Midlands, SC community, currently serving on the boards of the Columbia Chamber of Commerce, South Carolina Chapter of CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member), United Way of the Midlands, Heathwood Hall Episcopal School, Midlands Housing Trust Fund, and the Diaconate of Eastminster Presbyterian Church.
A proud Demon Deacon, Peyton graduated from Wake Forest University with a degree in economics. Peyton is married to his far better half and when he is not chasing his two young daughters, he can be found playing golf or mowing the lawn.
