In his role, Matt co-leads the strategic direction of the Dallas-Fort Worth industrial team, overseeing operations, business development, and the execution of industrial transactions. He has successfully completed over 525 industrial transactions, totaling over 33 million square feet and $1.25 billion in transaction value.
