Shaun R. McCullough, CCIM, SIOR

Shaun R. McCullough specializes in the leasing and sales of office, medical office, and flex industrial properties throughout Southern California. His experience spans over 20 years with several million square feet of agency leasing assignments, tenant representation, development, and sales with a transaction value of over $1 billion. He continues to advise private, regional, and institutional clients with in-depth market knowledge and strategy to achieve each property’s highest and best use.

Mr. McCullough co-founded the Lee & Associates Long Beach office in October 2009. Prior to that, he spent 7 years at the Charles Dunn Company where he led a four-person team focused on tenant representation and agency assignments.

Currently, he co-leads an Investment and Leasing team who represent local and regional ownerships throughout Southern California. His primary focus includes the repositioning of under-performing assets for Landlords, site selection and lease negotiations for office and medical users, value-add and user acquisitions, and sales of leased investments.

Mr. McCullough earned his Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of California at Davis majoring in Communications with a minor in Sociology. There, he was co-captain of the baseball team and excelled as a student athlete.

Mr. McCullough is a certified commercial investment member (CCIM) and a member of the Los Angeles chapter of the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR). By holding both designations, Mr. McCullough is among a few and elite group of real estate professionals who possess the highest capabilities, experience, and knowledge of their product type in their market.
