Mr. Bera is originally from Troy, Michigan and relocated to Hawaii in 2005. He enjoys spending time with his wife, Jen, and daughter, Hope in his free time. In addition to Mr. Bera’s work life, he takes an active role in the community as a Board Member for multiple non-profit organizations, such as Hawaii Children’s Cancer Foundation and CCIM.

Brandon Bera is the Vice President of the Office Services Division of Colliers International with a focus and in-depth expertise in office leasing, sales, and acquisition. With an average of over 90 transactions closed per year, his clients reap the benefits of an intense work ethic combined with the highest levels of service and integrity. Landlord Representation: Throughout his career, Mr. Bera has had the pleasure to represent some of the largest and most influential landowners in Hawaii, which include Alexander & Baldwin, Kamehameha Schools, Central Pacific Bank, Bank of Hawaii, TIAA-CREF, The Shidler Group, American Savings Bank, iStar Financial and REDICO to name a few.

Tenant Representation: In addition to success representing landlords, Mr. Bera has had the pleasure of representing numerous tenants throughout Hawaii, including Hawaiian Electric Company, Atlas Insurance, Hawaii Pacific Health, Enterprise, CVS Caremark, Clinical Laboratories, Milici Valenti Ng Pack, Weston Solutions, HMSA, Clear Channel, DTRIC Insurance, Nordic PCL and HMAA.

Property Disposition: Mr. Bera has been involved in numerous commercial property sales, the most recent being the disposition of 1833 Kalakaua Avenue in Waikiki. Additionally, he has been part of the sales team for Airport Center, Ocean View Center, Haseko Center, HARC and Newtown Square in Aiea. Having an in-depth understanding of how the leasing market impacts acquisitions and dispositions has proven to add great value to clients throughout these sales transactions, as well as others.
