As the founder and president of Chicago Realty Company, David is responsible for managing, growing and setting the strategic direction of the firm. CRC’s entrepreneurial structure allows David to actively manage all client assignments and investments. His specialties Include:

• Tenant Representation: David is a specialist in downtown and suburban Chicago tenant representation. Representative clients include Mercy Housing, MB Financial Bank, and law firm Rakoczy Molino Mazzochi Siwik’s new 36,000 sf HQ.

• Brokerage /Consulting Services: David has performed every type of commercial real estate transaction including office and retail leasing, dispositions and acquisitions. Representative clients include portfolio management and leasing for Metra and master planning for a 110-acre site in IA for a religious order.

• Owner Representation: David has personally managed development projects from inception through design and construction management valued at over $1 billion from high-rises to industrial expansions.

• Incentives: David has a comprehensive understanding of complex financing structures including TIF, tax credits and other governmental incentives and the ability to properly implement these programs for developers and tenants.

• Investments: David leads CRC Capital which offers commercial real estate investment opportunities to investors.

David’s clients have found that his project management expertise provides a perspective that results in better transactions with well designed, more efficient space that meets their long term needs.

David lives in Chicago’s Bucktown neighborhood with his wife and two children. He is an avid cyclist, skier, yogi and reader.
