Current Responsibilities:

Alberto León is part of JLL’s Corporate Industrial Solutions team in Mexico, currently participating in a number of projects in Mexico’s Industrial Real Estate Sector involving site selection, tenant representation, capital markets: portfolio transactions and S&LB's, acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, industrial development and client advisories.

Experience:

Mr. Leon has more than twenty five years of experience in planning, construction, development, financing, acquiring, selling and leasing real estate projects.

Previous to joining JLL Mexico’s Corporate Industrial Solutions team in 2013, Mr. León worked for CBRE and NAI, as a broker. Before brokerage, Mr. León designed and developed residential, housing, office and industrial projects for twenty years.

Education and Affiliations:

Mr. León has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Architecture from Universidad Anáhuac.

Mr. León earned an MBA graduate degree from Instituto Panamericano de Alta Dirección de Emrpesa (IPADE) and a Finance diploma from ITAM.

Alberto León is fully bilingual, English-Spanish. He is also the founding President of Comunidad Educativa Tomás Moro Dos (a non profit private school in Mexico City). Mr. León has earned the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors SIOR Member designation, as well as the Asociación Mexicana de Profesionales Inmobiliarios (AMPI) Profesional Inmobiliario Certificado PIC designation.
