Arjun Kumar, SIOR, MRICS brings a vast corpus of knowledge and experience of over 24 years in the Corporate Real Estate Industry and currently works with Indus Cresa as an Executive Director in India. He is a seasoned professional having hands on experience of city level dynamics which drives his ability to predict potential of the market and has handled and delivered various transactions in almost all major cities of the country. He has been managing and leading a team of highly qualified professionals across the country.

Arjun is focused on tenant representation, capital market services, new business development, building high-performance teams to support client initiatives and guiding the overall strategy for the company. His skills have helped him foster new business relationships and contribute to the success of firm’s continued growth. He is passionate about creating meaningful strategies that positively impact clients’ corporate real estate portfolios.

Prior to joining Indus CRE, Arjun served as Director with API Global Inc, USA. Before that he worked at key senior positions with US based firms CRESA and Insignia Brooke. Arjun graduated in B A History (Hons) from Delhi University and completed his MBA in 1995 and is a member of Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR, USA) and Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS, UK). He is a certified broker with NAREDCO, GOI.
