Conrad’s mantra is “Make an Impact”. Over his career, he has been very blessed to advise for some of the largest corporations and institutions on earth. His true passion is to use Paladin as the vehicle to impact other’s lives and the communities around us through Paladin’s industry first “Give-Back” platform.

Recently, he was identified as one of the Top 5 Commercial Real Estate Influencers in the world and was inducted into the 2021 class of Texas CRE Icons. He is a regular speaker at industry and business events, podcasts, and routinely quoted by the media in their video, digital, and print publications.

Consistently recognized by the Dallas Business Journal and D CEO Magazine as one of the “Heavy Hitters/Power Brokers” in commercial real estate, Conrad specializes in development, tenant representation, project leasing, land and building sales, investment property sales and corporate services consulting for clients, where he has transacted over 50M SF in over 125 cities across the globe.

His extensive insight and experience enable him to forecast and anticipate market conditions and trends which allow his clients to capitalize and maximize their returns. He advises clients on all real estate occupancy matters including strategic facility planning, portfolio/lease administration services, transaction management, extensive market research and analysis, site selection, lease negotiation, subleases and dispositions, co-location negotiations, national facility roll-outs, build-to-suit analysis & sustainability.

Conrad was a walk-on at Texas Tech University before graduating from Texas State University. He is an avid follower of College Football & Basketball. Besides spending time with his lovely family, Conrad is a big supporter of Team Luke Hope for Minds and is very active on LinkedIn (please connect with him). He is also known to hunt rare Bourbon and is also a huge wine connoisseur and collector of fine wines from Bordeaux, Napa Valley, and Pouilly Fume.
