Dylan Schopper is Managing Director of Finial Group with expertise in the full range of brokerage services including owner representation leasing, tenant representation, user purchase and sale transactions, and build-to-suits. In addition to managing a large book of business including both landlord and end user clients, Dylan is an active leader within the firm and mentors a team of other brokers within Finial Group.

Before joining Finial Group, Dylan worked at Caldwell Companies. At Caldwell, Dylan was Vice President of Brokerage where he worked with a number of high profile clients and was consistently among the top producers of the firm. After leaving Caldwell Companies, Dylan started Northwinds Commercial Realty where he built the firm’s brokerage and management business from the ground up developing a successful team that oversaw over a million square feet of leasing and management duties.

Dylan was named one of Houston’s Top Young Guns Under 30 by Black’s Guide in 2009. While at Caldwell Companies, Dylan received awards for the Largest Deal of The Year (twice) and Most Number of Transactions, three times.

Dylan has demonstrated dedication to the community through involvement in leadership positions in organizations that are actively working to promote and benefit the Houston area. He was the 2008-09 Chairman of the Young Professional Network of North Houston, Dylan is a graduate of the 2008-09 Leadership North Houston class, where he served as a member of the organization’s Alumni Association Board of Directors, and served on the Board of Directors from 2009-11. Dylan is serving on broad of director for ACRP (Association of Commercial Real Estate Professionals) from 2015-current. Dylan also serves on the Houston Intercontinental Chamber of Commerce’s Board of Directors.

Dylan received his CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member) designation in 2009. In 2012 received his SIOR certification (Society of Industrial and Office Realtors) and is currently sitting on the broad of director. Of more than 125,000 Commercial Real Estate professionals throughout the country, only three percent hold both CCIM and SIOR designations. Real Estate Brokers must complete required coursework, meet stringent production levels, and uphold the most ethical practices to receive these designations.

In his spare time, Dylan, his wife Julie and two sons, Kaiden and Ryan lead an active lifestyle. They are avid skiers, bikers, runners, with a passion for the outdoors.
