Specializing in all aspects of Industrial Tenant and Landlord representation, Jeremy has completed over 650 transactions totaling 13.5 million square feet. While he has extensive experience in industrial lease and sale transactions, Jeremy goes beyond the transactional level with the understanding real estate is a platform supporting the overall business, customer service and supply chain strategies of his clients. From the Tenant’s perspective he knows site selection dictates performance – from the facility level, throughout the supply chain on up to the overall business strategy. Working from the Landlord’s perspective, he understands how to reverse the site selection process by building a business case based on a location’s unique features, targeting those occupiers most likely to see his client’s asset as a solution. His breadth of experience adds quantifiable value to Landlord and Tenant relationships alike.

Prior to becoming a partner at Summit Realty Group, Jeremy spent eight years with ProLogis, the largest owner of industrial properties in the world. Serving as Vice President and Market Officer for Indianapolis, he managed ten real estate professionals and a portfolio of 180 tenants in 45 facilities totaling 5 million square feet. Jeremy began his professional real estate career with the Pizzuti Company where he specialized in the suburban office market in Columbus Ohio.
