Bickham started his real estate career in 1973 and has a complete understanding of the various markets in real estate as well as the ability to recognize the trends and values associated with each of these markets. His broad base of contacts and expertise in commercial, office, retail, and industrial real estate brokerage and development transactions make him a valuable asset in any real estate activity.

Bickham has served on the development team of some of the largest development projects in the Shreveport-Bossier City area. He has also completed the acquisition and sale of countless large investment and commercial properties. One notable completed project was the development, sale, and leasing of the 52 acre office park, Ashley Ridge, in southeast Shreveport. Bickham is active in real estate consultation for many financial institutions, investors, and tenants as well.

Bickham graduated from Louisiana Tech University with a degree in Business Administration. He holds the designations of SIOR (Society of Industrial and Office Realtors) and CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member). He has served on numerous professional boards and committees, including past president of the Commercial Investment Division of the Northwest Louisiana Board of Realtors. He is also a Realtor member of the Louisiana Realtors Association and the Real Estate Securities and Syndication Institute.
