With 25 years global corporate real estate experience including a high profile position with GVA (now Avison Young) in the UK in 2002-2003, Rob has served a number of corporations on a portfolio basis with respect to their multi-market office and industrial space needs. He has been involved with over 30 million square feet to date in his career.

He is a top performing tenant rep broker in Canada who has been awarded the SIOR (Society of Office and Industrial Realtors) Broker of the Year Award by the Canada Central Chapter - a prestigious award and honor recognizing the superior performance and achievement of a real estate brokerage advisor, based on the size, value and volume of transactions completed in a single calendar year. He has also been a consistent award winner at Devencore placing within the top ranks of production each year.

Rob has developed specialized expertise in account and program management for corporate real estate transactions and they provide clients with a single point of contact to manage corporate real estate transactions locally, regionally, nationally and internationally. Rob consistently sends business to SIORs throughout Canada, the United States, Europe and Asia and he has completed some significant transactions in each region.

Locally in the Greater Toronto Area, Rob and his team serve major corporate tenants on office and warehouse lease restructuring, relocation, purchase, sale and build to suit assignments. He has advised clients in a variety of industries and regions in the Greater Toronto Area. Rob has incredible strength in site selection, strategic planning and negotiation and he has worked with multiple US corporations and their real estate brokers to support them on the ground in Canada with exceptional service and results.

Rob has been quoted in a number of trade publications such as Bisnow, The Commercial Observer, Site Selection Magazine, SIOR Professional Report, CoStar News, Property Week, CCIM Magazine and the Toronto Business Times. He has also been featured on CTV's Business News Network (BNN) and on both television and radio on a weekly real estate spot on CP24 News. He has also been a guest speaker with Queen's University Seminars on Investment & Corporate Real Estate and Property Management Expo.

Rob has earned and been awarded two of the most prestigious and coveted corporate real estate certifications by the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR) and Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designations.

Rob is currently Regional Director for SIOR Canada and has been a board member of a number of organizations including SSIOR (Past-President, Vice President and Treasurer of the Canada Central Chapter), CoreNet Global, GVA, Queen’s University Alumni Association, Queen’s University Council, Queen’s School of Business Advisory Board and Boys and Girls Club of Toronto.
