Joe Steffner is Senior Vice President and Regional Managing Director for Newmark Knight Frank's brokerage operations in Memphis and the "Mid-South Region" of the U.S., including the state of Tennessee, as well as Eastern Arkansas, Mississippi, Alabama and Kentucky. He has been active in industrial and office investment sales, tenant representation and landlord representation (sales, leasing and management) in Memphis for over 30 years. Steffner began his real estate career in industrial and office project leasing, development and management with Trammell Crow Company. Then through through education and hands-on experience at tours of duty at CBRE and Colliers, developed expertise in investment sales and tenant representation.
