Mr. Giuttari is the President and founder of MG Commercial Real Estate Services. Prior to forming MG Commercial in 1998, he was President and Principal Broker of another regional commercial real estate firm he founded 10 years prior. He has been in the commercial real estate business for 37 years.

Mr. Giuttari has a degree in Engineering from the University of Rhode Island and continued his graduate education in Business Administration towards an MBA at Worcester Polytechnic Institute. He is a member of the URI College of Engineering Founders Club. This honor recognizes his achievements and entrepreneurship in the field of engineering and in industry.

Mr. Giuttari served five consecutive terms as President of the RI Commercial & Appraisal Board of Realtors® and is a past Realtor® of the Year. He was also a member of the RI Association of Realtors® Executive Committee and on the State Board of Directors for the Rhode Island Association of Realtors®. He is a member of the Greater Providence Chamber of Commerce, Northern Rhode Island Chamber of Commerce, The International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), Building Owners and Managers Association and the Rhode Island and National Association of Realtors® including the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors® (SIOR).

The Society of Industrial and Office Realtors® (SIOR) designation he holds is the highest and most prestigious professional designation that can be achieved in industrial and office real estate and the holder of the designation must be in the top 5% of their market. He has held the designation for 24+ years and is one of only 8 SIOR’s in his market. Mr. Giuttari serves on the SIOR New England Chapter Board of Directors and is a New England Chapter Past-President. Additionally, he serves on the Board of Directors and is the Chair of the Properties/Facilities Committee for the Highlander Charter School.

Past clients include CVS Pharmacy, Pepperidge Farm, Newell Rubbermaid, FedEx Ground, Hoechst-Celanese, Cintas, Highland Corporate Park (City of Woonsocket), F.W. Webb, Rhode Island Association of Realtors, and the Tasca Automotive Group, among many others over the 34 years.

Mr. Giuttari resides with his wife in Providence, RI. They have four grown children.
